Pulaski Fine Arts Assoc. ~ Theater On The Square

Sponsorship Opportunities

The Pulaski Fine Arts Association has a variety of ways you can help support the arts in your community. We are a tax exempt organization, so your donations may be tax deductible!

Raise the Roof: The Pulaski Fine Arts Association was in dire need for a new roof; now we are in dire need for money to pay off the roof! To help raise some funds, we have created a plaque with space to fill. This luxurious piece of work from Splash Designs has room for many plates just waiting to have your name on them. The running price is one plate for $100. Are you interested in having your name or business displayed in our theater as a loving patron for all to see for years to come? I know I would be! As an additional bonus, when you choose either option, you will receive a framed certificate to hang in your home or office thanking you for your contribution!

Underwriting: This is great for corporations, businesses, and even individuals who want to give back to the community. Each production has minimum estimated cost of $1000 associated with it. As an underwriter, you will assume the costs and your name or business will be featured prominently in our advertising (in print and on the web). You will receive complimentary tickets to the show, a full page ad for the current season programs, and a sign on the theater exterior during the run of your show. You are also welcome to display information about your company in our foyer.

SHOW UNDERWRITING: This is a great way for a corporation, business, or even individual who wants to give back to the community and support the arts in a substantial way. Each production has a minimum, estimated cost of $1000 associated with it. As an underwriter, you will help offset those costs. You are also welcome to display information about your company in our foyer.

The underwriting program has recently been updated as outlined below:

*NEW Seasonal Underwriting:  Seasonal Underwriters will be listed on a single page to distinguish aside from other advertisers within our program that will be pointed out at all performances. This is an opportunity for as many as 2640 (or more) individuals who come to performances during the season to see this list and those who have contributed to supporting the arts in our community. Additionally, advertisements with your image/business will be printed in the program.

For those who are wishing to donate more, we have created a set of levels for which you may get a return on your investment into the arts.

Tier one: For $250, you will receive a ¼ page ad in our program, be listed on the Seasonal Underwriters page, and be listed on the windows of the theater. You will also receive 2 tickets to one performance of the season, of your choice.

Tier two: For $500, you will receive a half page ad in our program, be listed on the Seasonal Underwriters page, and be listed on the windows of the theater. You will also receive 2 tickets to one performance of the season, of your choice.

Tier Three: For $1000, you will receive a FULL page ad in our program, be listed in bold at the top of the Seasonal Underwriters page, and be listed on the windows of the theater, separately from those on tier one and two. You will also receive 2 tickets to one performance of the season, of your choice.

If you are still interested in underwriting a SPECIFIC show in our season at $1000, you will receive the incentives mentioned above for the $1000 donation, as well as having a place of honor being listed on the metal sign which will hang on the front of our building and have special mention each night of the performance for which you are specifically underwriting.

The Angel Program: For those who still wish to donate but can't afford the larger options, you can become a PFAA Angel. At a mere $24 dollars a year (just $2 a month) your name will get listed under the Angel list in our programs. We understand that every penny can make a difference!
